As the PETA animal cruelty trial steams ahead, things are looking worse and worse for the defense. Lawyers for PETA employees Adria Hinkle and Andrew Cook have done little to contest the mounting evidence linking them to the trash bags full of dead animals found in an Ahoskie County (NC) shopping-center dumpster. We’ve heard heartbreaking testimonials recounting how they deceived people into handing over perfectly healthy animals.
