So lamented Center for Science in the Public Interest senior nutritionist/food scold Jayne Hurley in response to a new Hardee's burger which features both ground beef and sliced steak. It's pretty simple, folks: Restaurants sell food that people want. That's consumer freedom. Americans who want tofu patties on their burgers can have those, instead (with or without a pork chop on top). That's consumer freedom, too.
