Post-PCRM Week: A Tale Of Two Photos

Leading up to this past Saturday’s black-tie gala for the 20th anniversary of the misnamed Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM), we spent a week documenting the PETA-affiliated group’s ties to violent animal rights activists, its attacks on dairy foods, and admonishments from the American Medical Association. And just to leaven those very serious issues with some humor, we offered ideas for commemorative PCRM T-shirts and ran a tongue-in-cheek full-page newspaper ad congratulating the group on 20 years of hiding its animal-rights agenda from the public.

Outside, we unveiled our new website, PhysicianScam.com, via a truck billboard:

By the time night fell, our sign was as well lit as the PCRM gala-goers who focused slurred, drunken epithets at our message as they left their PETA-party.
