Cartoon: Not Exactly the Olympics

The Olympic Games are underway in London, and that has people thinking about the role of physical activity on health and body weight. And with new evidence that physical inactivity is a significant health concern, the importance of promoting active lifestyles grows. We like to think that we were ahead of the curve here with our 2007 report.

And happily, most people can find an activities that are both fun and get them moving. (Compare that with the misery dieting tends to inspire.) However, for some, activity may take some getting used to.
